The country's oldest financial institution IFCI Ltd on Friday said its net profit rose by 30.50 percent to Rs 136.35 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2009, over the same period previous fiscal.

UTV Software today said its board has approved to raise Rs 100 crore by issuing non-convertible debentures to Life Insurance Corporation of India(LIC).
