Suppose if employee is employed only for the part of the year then in which quarter does he/she has to show salary details?

The salary details for the first quarter are not required to be furnished i.e. in Annexure II but however in the fourth quarter the actual salary details of the employee who is for the part of the year under employment with the organization is to be furnished.
