After gathering much appreciation and Oscars following the success of Slumdog Millionaire, director Danny Boyle is set to return to Mumbai for another film, it has emerged.

Music maestro A R Rahman was in the national capital for a special screening of Oscar winning film Slumdog Crorepati, the Hindi version of Slumdog Millionaire at the Rashtrapati Bhavan.

Riding on the waves of post-Oscar fame, Slumdog Millionaire rose over the weekend to be the number one film across the globe, grossing $27 million, nearly $12.5 million of the total gross came from the United States where it is playing in nearly 3000 movie houses. The worldwide gross for the film now stands at about $210 million.
