Varudu is a Telugu film directed by Gunasekhar and starring Allu Arjun, Arya, Suhasini Mani Ratnam and a new heroine-in-the-making. Gunasekhar is not revealing any details of the heroine. Legendary Bollywood producer-director Prakash Mehra, who gave Amitabh Bachchan his first success with Zanjeer, passed away at a hospital here on Sunday after prolonged illness.Mr. Mehra (69) died in the morning of pneumonia and multiple organ failure, hospital sources said.

Bollywood lost one of its veteran producers, F.C. Mehra, who expired on Tuesday. Mehra, who has given us some popular films (under his company Eagle Films) like Professor, Mujrim, Sohni Mahiwal, Qila, Chamatkar, Ram Jaane and Aashiq Aawara died of a cardiac failure at a Mumbai hospital. He was 80 years old.

Veteran filmmaker Prakash Mehra passed away today on Sunday May 17th morning at the Kokilaben Hospital in Andheri, Mumbai. He was 70. Mehra had been seriously ill for the last three years. He was admitted to the hospital few weeks back and was kept on ventilator.
