Spelling serious trouble for Bollywood actor Shiney Ahuja , accused of raping his maid servant, a medical report of the victim has confirmed the crime, a top police official said Tuesday.

Two months after his arrest on the charge of raping his domestic help, Bollywood actor Shiney Ahuja on Thursday (August 20) appealed for bail in a sessions court on the ground that investigations had concluded and charge sheet had been filed in the case.

The medical report of the 18-year-old girl who was allegedly raped by Bollywood actor Shiney Ahuja have confirmed that she was sexually assaulted, the police said."We have received the medical report of the victim and it has corroborated what the victim has alleged against the actor in the FIR (First Information Report)," Deputy Commissioner of Police Niket Kaushik told PTI.

Actor Shiney Ahuja has been granted bail in the case where he's accused of raping his domestic help. He's been asked to pay Rs 50,000 and has to leave Mumbai.
