Many parts of central and north Chennai witnessed over a three-hour power cut on Tuesday following the tripping of vital supply feeders to the city.According to TNEB Chairman CP Singh, five feeders of 230 and 110 KV electricity lines that distribute power from North Chennai plant, Ennore Thermal Power Station and other sources to the city and suburban areas got tripped simultaneously around 8 pm.
