Under the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009, there are one crore children who do not go to school now will be benefited to facilitate basic education for children under the age group of 6-14. Also, India will join a group of nations of the world on 1st April 2010 and will create a history of law making education as a basic right of each child coming into force.
