Doctors monitoring the health of TRS president K Chandrasekhar Rao said on Tuesday that his health may start deteriorating in the next 24 hours. KCR, who has been on a fast-unto-death since November 29, is admitted to the Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS) where he is surviving on intravenously administered fluids.
