President Barack Obama plans to nominate a former Army general to lead the Transportation Security Administration, according to reports. Robert A. Harding, a retired major general with 33 year of services in the Army, is expected to head the department after the president’s first choice Erroll Southers withdrew his nomination in January under political pressure. Transportation Security Administration was formed after the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks.
