Renault Nissan has grand plans for India up its sleeve and that explains why the company inaugurated its Chennai plant yesterday. The CEO and chairman of the company Carlos Ghosn was present at the event and it was also attended by the leading politicians of the state. The car making facility is located at Oragadam in Chennai. It has been revealed by the company that this plant will be used for making cars based on its much touted global V-platform. Nissan has used its global V platform to make models in the international market and it has received great response overall.
