Indicating an improving job market scenario, the American companies saw the smallest decline in employment in two years with companies cutting an only estimated 22,000 jobs in January, a report says. As per business outsourcing solutions provider Automatic Data Processing's national employment report, non-farm private employment decreased 22,000 from last December to January on a seasonally adjusted basis.
