Riboflavin is a water-soluble vitamin, which helps the body release energy from protein, fat, and carbohydrates during metabolism.

Eating a variety of foods helps us to obtain adequate amount of riboflavin. Some of the healthiest foods which are rich in Riboflavin are Calf's liver, Crimini mushrooms, Venison, Yoghurt, cooked Soyabeans, boiled Spinach, Cow's milk, Beef tenderloin and Goat's milk.
