Memphis, TN - At 11:34 a.m. on Wednesday, March 4, 2009, a semi-truck carrying a tanker trailer loaded with fuel has crashed and flipped off of Interstate 40 in East Memphis.

The crash happened near Sam Cooper Blvd. near what is locally known as "The Flyover". Fuel is leaking from the tanker and fire officials are not approaching the tanker due to a fear of fire and explosion.
