Traffic engineers and police officials jokingly figured out a solution to the highway backups Monday caused by the Texas Rangers opening day sellout crowd."We need to change Ballpark Way to Does Not Lead to Ballpark," said Mike Blake, an engineer in Arlington's Traffic Management Center. Cars backed up on Interstate 30 as too many motorists took the most obvious route to the Rangers Ballpark in Arlington despite an ad campaign to get them to take two new routes.
