Steps to delete Temporary Internet Files from Internet Explorer 7 are as follows:
1. Click on Start and open Control Panel.
2. Click on Network and Internet and then on Internet Options.
3. Click on General tab and click on Delete under Browsing History.
4. Click on Delete all and click on Yes fro conformation and click on OK.
