You need to do the following in order to display emoticons and pictures for free in Windows Live Messenger. You need to go to the following url: "http://gallery.live.com/default.aspx?pl=2". Here you need to choose the item which you want to add. After selecting the item, click on ok. This item will now be added into the Windows Live Messenger.
