Following are the steps to configure the Pop-Up Blocker per zone using Group Policy:
1. Click on Start and then click on Run.
2. Type gpedit.msc in the text box and click Enter.
3. Expand User Configuration, expand Administrative Templates, expand Windows Components and the expand Internet Explorer.
4. Change the settings of "User Pop-up Blocker according to your wish. Update policies or you need to restart your computer to apply changes.
