Steps to create a group mailing list in Netscape Navigator are as follows:
1. Open Netscape Mail.
2. In Windows menu, click Address Book.
3. In the Item menu click Add List.
4. Name the list and hit enter.
5. A list appears in your address bar, just drag recipients into it.
