Here are the steps to delete Temporary Internet Files form Internet Explorer 8:
1. Click on Start and open Control Panel.
2. Click on Network and Internet and then on Internet Options.
3. Click the Safety button and then click on Delete Browsing History.
4. Place a check mark in Check box next to each category of information you wish to delete.
5. Select Preserve Favorite website data check box if you wish not to delete files associated with websites in your Favorite list.
6. Click on Delete.
