You need to do the following in order to backup a profile in the Mozilla Firefox browser. Initially you need to exit the firefox browser. Later locate the profile folder. Then you need to right click on the profile folder and select the Copy option. Finally right click on the back up location and select the option 'Paste'. Thus your backup has been completed.
