India will soon design and develop its heaviest communications satellite GSAT-11 to provide advanced telecom services from 2011-12, asenior official of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) said here Friday.

Internet Browser Opera has just released second beta (codenamed Peregrine) of its upcoming Opera 10 browser. This second beta brings us one step closer to Opera 10 release candidate. With 6.7MB Installer, Opera 10 Beta 2 is available for download from Downloads menu for Windows, Linux, Mac OS X, UNIX and other platforms. The first beta of Opera 10 was released on 3rd June, 2009.

We are holding talks with Russians at the end of this month to discuss installation of BrahMos launcher on the heavy air superiority fighter," a Defence Ministry source told PTI here.
