Indian inflation fallen to its lowest rate

Hemendra Kothari sells his remaining stake in DSP Merrill Lynch to Bank of America

He has also quit as the chairman of DSPML. He would continue as the non exec chairman of DSP BlackRock Investment.
DSP Merril Lynch chairman Hemendra Kothari has sold his 10% stake in the company to Bank of America. In a global merger last year, Bank of America took over Merril Lynch for $50 billion. So DSP Merill Lynch in India is now controlled by Bank of America.
