Emalon should be main tanked at the far end of the room, away from the adds. Adds should be tanked by a well geared off-tank since they will do a Lightning Nova AOE attack about every 20 seconds for 10k damage, so should be kept over 20 yards away from the boss and the rest of the group. DPS should be concentrated on the boss in the meantime. Every 45 seconds, the adds will heal to full, and gain one debuff stack.
