Three more persons have died of influenza A (H1N1) in India, taking the toll due to the pandemic in the country so far to 505, an official statement said today.

There is nothing unique or scary about the new H1N1 swine flu vaccine that should keep people from getting it, Dr. Francis Collins, director of the U.S. National Institutes of Health , said on Monday.

Swine flu, the lethal disease that has killed 351 people in the last two months, may claim many more, going by the increasing trend of the pandemic in the country.

Four more swine flu deaths were reported from Karnataka, taking the toll due to the H1N1 virus to 35 in the state, health officials said on Friday.
