Argentine health officials confirmed on Thursday the country's first case of H1N1 flu .The case was detected in an Argentine tourist who had traveled to Mexico, Health Minister Graciela Ocana said in a news conference. The man who was confirmed to have been infected with the virus was released from the hospital and is in good health after receiving treatment, she said.
