HCL Technologies has touched a 52 week high of Rs 357.80. At 12:12 pm the share was quoting at Rs 353.50, up Rs 4.60, or 1.32%.

India’s fourth-largest software exporter HCL Technologies plans to hire 2,000 software engineers in the next three-four months to leverage new client base and existing operations across verticals, said a top company executive.

HCL, which recently acquired Axon for $658 million, is in talks with Satyam for a cash less merger.Crisis ridden IT major Satyam Computer Services is contemplating a merger with Indian IT firms in order to avoid a takeover threat by corporate raiders. The firm is in discussions with Delhi-based HCL Technologies and Bangalore-based MindTree for a possible merger. Satyam and HCL are in talks for a cash less merger, reports Business Standard.
