Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) supporters and students on Thursday will take out a victory rally instead of the Assembly Chalo (march to the Assembly) rally they had planned after the Centre announced that the process to divide Andhra Pradesh and create the Telangana state would be initiated soon.
