Even though the prospect for a snow emergency is pretty slim this time of year, there is still the possibility that your vehicle will be towed in Minneapolis.City public works crews are set to begin the comprehensive spring street sweep on Tuesday to clean up all the dirt and grime that the melting ice and snow left behind. For about the next four weeks, sweepers will spruce up all 1,100 miles of city streets.
