Even before the dust of the Assam truckers’ stir over rampant ‘taxation’ by armed groups in Nagaland has settled, the Dimapur district administration is faced with another headache as truck owners of the Railway Siding and Food Corporation of India (FCI) have announced a lightning “chakka bandh,” starting Wednesday.
